By default your meal plans aren't visible to other users, but you can share a meal plan by selecting the "Share" option in the three-dot menu on a meal plan card or detail page. This copies a shareable version of the meal plan's link to your clipboard that other users can save to their account.
Please note that once another user has saved your shared meal plan, any updates you make to it will not be reflected in their account.
