What are the different sections in my Tastemade Makers/Experiences dashboard?
INBOX - All of your communications with guests/subscribers and notifications from Tastemade are here, though you’ll also get emails with the same info. You can message individuals, groups, subscribers (all or by tier), and past guests (all or by experience). You’ll also get notifications about things like when spots to your experiences are purchased or canceled.
PROFILE - This is where you can manage your public profile that is seen by guests, subscribers, and the general Tastemade audience.
HOSTING EXPERIENCES - You can create, edit, analyze, and market your experiences here. You can also add spots, manage the guest lists, and add more dates to existing events. Note that you can create discount codes in the marketing section to offer your VIPs.
ATTENDING EXPERIENCES - This is where you can manage the events you’re attending. We strongly encourage our Makers to attend other experiences.
FOLLOWING - Guests can choose to follow individual Makers and get notified when they post new experiences. Here you can see your followers and communicate with them, as well as see what Makers you are following.
MY SUBSCRIPTIONS - This is where you can create and manage your subscription packages. If you're interested in offering subscription packages, please apply at tastemade.com/beamaker. Note: if you have hosted experiences in the past, congratulations! Your account now has subscription capabilities. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
MAKER SUBSCRIPTIONS - Here is where you can view the plans that you are subscribed to.
REVIEWS - After each experience, you’ll be reviewed by your guests. You can see a summary here, as well as leave reviews for other Makers.
ACCOUNT - Here you can manage your bank information for payments and track all of your payouts. You can also modify your notification preferences.
