To become a Maker, please apply at tastemade.com/beamaker. If you have hosted experiences before, congratulations--your account has already been upgraded to a Maker account!
Once your account has been upgraded to a Maker, go to the "My Subscriptions" tab and click "Add Subscription Plan". Please note that you must verify your payout account before creating any subscription plans.
Set the name and price for your subscription plan. Note that the price cannot be less than $3.00.
When creating your plan, there are three pre-existing checkboxes with optional benefits:
- Livestream Ticket Discount % : discount applies to all livestreams*
- Access to the recordings of all past livestreams : CFX will automatically grant access to all livestreams hosted through the CFX Platform or YouTube. If you hosted through Zoom, you will need to provide access yourself.
- Access to 1-on-1 messaging through our system : This allows subscribers to send you private messages through the CFX Messaging System. If you leave this box unchecked, subscribers will not be able to message you directly unless they're on the guest list for an upcoming experience.
*Currently, you are only able to offer an overall livestream discount automatically. If you’d like to offer only a certain number of discounted livestreams per month, you’ll need to create your own discount codes and send them out to subscribers.
You can also add your own custom benefits by clicking “Add Custom Benefit”.
Be sure to click "Add" after you’ve filled out a custom benefit to save it.
You can reorder the benefits of your subscription plan by dragging and dropping, using the plus with arrows icon to the right of each benefit.
Note: You are required to make the necessary arrangements for any custom benefits (eg. collect delivery addresses for merch/pantry item delivery, send out recipes, etc.).
Add in your Subscriber Welcome Message, which will go out to all new subscribers. Then hit “Accept”.
All of your plans will be listed under your My Subscriptions tab, as well as on your profile.
