Yes, you can delete a subscription plan.
Keep in mind that the benefits of that plan will continue for any subscribers until the month they paid for expires, and this will likely not be at the end of the calendar month. While Makers (you) receive subscription payouts at the start of each month, subscribers are always charged on the date at which they first subscribed.
So if you delete a plan on October 20th but a subscriber's plan renewal date was the 18th, that subscriber's benefits will extend through November 18th.
Note: If you have posts in your Maker Feed that are only visible to the subscription plan you've deleted, please update those posts. You've got two options:
- Edit the Posts: Change the visibility on all affected posts to "All Plans" or another subscription tier.
- Remove the Posts: Archive or delete any affected posts.
