Beginning of the Experience
The start of your experience is the perfect time to get your guests hyped for what they’re about to learn. Introduce yourself and what you’ll be covering, as well as the story behind it and why you enjoy it.
During the Experience
During the experience, don’t forget to check the chat box for any comments/questions that are coming through. People love getting a shoutout, so read off the names as you answer the questions, such as “Great question, Derrell! I used 2 teaspoons of salt on the cabbage.” “Glad your cake is turning out well, Jasmine!” Always be sure to repeat the question as you answer it, so anyone who missed the message will still follow what you're talking about.
Ending the Experience
When it’s time to end the experience, let your guests know that you’re wrapping things up and they should ask any final questions. When signing off, share your social media handles with the guests, so they can keep up to date on any new classes or ask you follow up questions. If you have any other classes coming up, now’s a great time to mention them! The day after your experience, guests will be sent a follow-up email asking them to rate the experience. This is a great time to remind them that’s coming and to ask they leave a nice review if they had a good time.
