Your first direct communication to a guest will be via the confirmation email they receive immediately after booking. This email includes the date and time of the experience, the Livestream Link (for virtual experiences), any recipe files you've included, and whatever you’ve entered into the “Confirmation Email Note” field. This email also gets sent out to guests two other times as a reminder to guests:
#1 - One Day before the experience
#2 - 30 minutes before the experience
