Your first direct communication to a guest will be via the confirmation email they receive immediately after booking. This email includes the date and time of the experience, the Livestream Link (for virtual experiences), any recipe/ingredient list URL you've included, and whatever you’ve entered into the “Confirmation Email Note” field. This email also gets sent out to guests again as a reminder one day before the experience and 30 minutes before the experience (virtual experiences only).
