Promotion is key in maximizing your ticket sales. Here are a few tips for how best to reach out to your audience:
Give Yourself Time to Promote
We recommend giving yourself at least 7 days between the experience date and when your listing goes live on our platform. Depending on your audience, the time needed may be longer. Some Makers like to plan out classes up to a month in advance so their fans know what’s coming up.
Promote on All Available Avenues
Promote your class anywhere and everywhere you can! Social accounts, email lists, and wherever else you engage with your audience.
Host Classes on a Regular Cadence
Find a day & time that works for you, and try to create a regular cadence for your classes. You don’t have to host multiple times a week, but perhaps it’s every weekend, every other week, or the first Friday of each month.
Highlight What Resonates with Your Audience
Make sure your classes and the way you promote them reflect your style and strengths. If you're a pasta master, teach a pasta class! If you're a bright and positive person, make sure you have a peppy title to your experience.
