If no one has signed up for the experience yet, you will be able to change the date and/or time of a live experience.
If you need to change the date or time of an experience after guests have signed up, it's best to create a new one, then cancel the existing event and inform guests of the new date/time in your cancellation message. This will ensure guests have the opportunity to book a spot at the new date/time and get a full refund if they can't make it.
